Well most of the people in my life already know this but we are moving to Omaha. We have a date and everything now. Matt will start at his new job on Aug 31st. So that gives us just over a month to move and then in just under a month we will have another baby. The timing is really bad and we're probably crazy but this will be a good move for us. Leaving our family and friends here is a hard decision. We love all of those close to us and will miss them terribly. Their places can never be replaced. Family will be visited, for sure, and friends will be seen again.
We've moved before and I'm sure we will move again but, hopefully, not for a while. We are hoping to set down roots and raise our family in an area that will meld more with our desires and beliefs and we think that Omaha is the place. Although we won't be as close to the ocean or mountains we will have the slower pace of life and other Midwest things we have missed so much.
The big question of the move is, of course, how is this die hard Boomer Sooner family going to
survive in Cornhusker country?
P.S. - I will need a new name for my blog, since I won't be lost in Mass anymore, so any suggestions will be heard.

The kids with Papa
So I have Easter pictures up. I know, it's about time. I haven't really taken many since Easter so my normal practice of waiting till the card is full hasn't worked very well. I should have more coming soon since my mom will be in town on Tuesday and then I have a really really good excuse to take a bunch of pictures.

Just swingin' in the snow ...
So my pictures have been held hostage on the computer up stairs. After a long and tedious struggle I have won them back and posted everything through our trip to Maine in January. All the others are on the camera and I just haven't done anything with them yet.
